Job Title: Office Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant at our audio and visual company. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Assist in organizing company events and conferences
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in an office assistant role is a plus
