ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Oversee day to day operations of the facility/site.
- Conduct regular and monitor operators/equipment and site team
- Supervise, manage and evaluate staff/equipment; complete employee/equipment reviews, keep accurate records of employee/equipment attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance, discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
- Set project goals and oversee projects to completion, schedule and track assignments
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Achieve targets on daily basis and complete the assigned work from staff/equipment.
- Establish a site coordination and relationship with Main Contractors.
- Manages supplies, sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors; monitoring and controlling performance.
- Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope, calculating resources required, establishing standards and protocols, allocating resources, scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors, evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions, resolving design problems, evaluating and implementing change orders.
- Responsible for Site Marking, Site Coordinates and Collect the necessary data (ASBUILT) from the sites (daily/weekly/monthly) basis.
