"Can I hear your smile over the phone?" If you answered yes, then we want you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Brimley’s White Glove Chem-Dry! We are a small home services company dedicated to making the cleaning process a delightful experience for homeowners.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice of our company, helping book appointments for our residential carpet, upholstery, tile, and rug cleaning services. You'll also follow up on leads via email and text message, and help with miscellaneous tasks and admin projects. All from the comfort of your own home, because this position is remote!
To succeed in this role, you should be outgoing, able to create enjoyable conversations, and have a great phone voice. You should also be goal-oriented, as the main focus of this job is booking leads and setting cleaning appointments. But don't worry, we'll provide all the training you need to learn our web-based software quickly.
