Litigation Management is seeking Record Retrieval Specialists to handle record collection efforts for high priority litigations.

In this role, you’ll prepare outgoing requests for records collection and other correspondence. You are also required to follow-up with these providers via phone, fax, or email. Previous experience in a call center, in collections, or in a customer service role is required, as is experience making a large number of outbound calls. Applicants with investigative and research background are especially encouraged to apply.
This is a temp-to-hire, remote position offering full-time hours (40 hours a week) during business hours (anywhere between 8:30 AM -6:00 PM EST) Monday - Friday. Our mandatory 2-week training period is (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST) in which time cannot be missed.
You must have your own computer and second monitor, with Windows 11 installed and 8GB of RAM. (Chrome books and tablets are not supported by our systems). High-speed internet access is required, and you must use a USB headset (non-Bluetooth) for this position.

Core Job Functions include:
  • Facilitate, monitor and coordinate record collection efforts as needed to ensure expeditious quick and accurate acquisition.
  • Act as liaison between record providers and LMI.
  • Maintain updated status information in LMI proprietary systems and designated databases.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards with authorization assignments and requesting of records
