Property Manager for 60 Unit Apartment Complex - 3601


 

Thank You for your interest in Anza Management, we are looking for a full-time apartment complex property manager.


Job Summary:

The property manager directs the operations of the apartment community in a manner which will meet the goals of Anza Management Company, optimizes return on investment for owners, provides a quality living environment for residents, and promotes positive working relationships with company employees.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1- years experience as community manager of at least 60+ units
  • Required to live onsite
  • Bilingual (highly preferable)
  • Must have a valid California Driver’s License
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Will be subject to a Background/Physical

Responsibilities:
• Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service.

  • Good computer skills (property management software - Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word.
  • Experience with all financial-related issues - expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc.
  • Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.997

Compensation Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour + apartment
