Our warehouse teammates move product through our DCs quickly and safely, ensuring orders are filled and loaded for deliveries.McLane promotes earning, learning, and living a great life. We are a team, and we want to work with you. So, here's the details:
- Pay rate: $21.50 to $27.45 per hour. Warehouse selectors with 2 years of experience start at $25.25!
- Ability to make up to $25.25 (pay range based on experience) per hour by achieving production goals in the first 90-120 days.
- Earn up to an additional $7.00 per hour with performance incentives!
- Daily case bonus of $75.00 at 2,440 cases in the freezer and $75.00 at 1,810 cases in dry.
- The ability to be flexible with your schedule is preferred.
