Due to the high demand for our inflatables, we’re expanding our team and looking for full-time 3D Designers (junior and senior).
As part of our 3D team, your main responsibilities will be creating technical 3d meshes used to create the patterns for our inflatables and creating high-resolution textured models to create the printed finishes. Reporting directly to our Artistic Director, you’ll be hands-on in creating designs for large-scale inflatables for our world-renowned artists, festivals and events.
What is your role?
- Creating 3D meshes for fabric patterning according to the Airworks workflow.
- Creating high-resolution 3D meshes and complex textures within Cinema4d and Redshift.
- Assisting in moving the digital assets through the digital production line, and troubleshooting together with the production team.
Who are you?
- You have a passion for 3D and advanced working and technical knowledge of cinema4d or similar 3D software tools;
- High level of proficiency in texture creation and photographic manipulation;
- A good communicator in English and Dutch, able to work within a multi-disciplined team on tight deadlines;
- Draughtsmanship, artistic ability, and thorough understanding of painterly illusions;
- Your portfolio proves your attention to detail and understanding of basic graphical principles: light, shadow, colour, form etc.;
- You have experience in the professional 3D field, within either games, events or related industries;
- Methodical and precise;
- A resident of the Netherlands and is able to fill the position fulltime in our studio;

Bonus:
- Experience working within the event industry;
- Traditional artistic skills, drawing, painting and sculpture;
- Scripting experience in Python;
- Experience of designing for the event industry.
