The Position

As Associate Manager for CSPS Shipping & Warehouse you will lead 24 highly committed and skilled operators working day shift (Monday-Friday) and evening shift (Monday-Thursday). You will assure that the team maintain a high delivery performance with a strong quality mindset. You will also participate in cross functional projects with focus on optimising processes and communication.


In collaboration with the rest of Clinical Supplies you will be responsible for maintaining a delivery performance of 99,9% to our patients.


The main tasks will be:

  • Ensuring the correct capacity for future needs based on our forecasts.

  • Bring innovation and good solutions to improve flow and efficiency.

  • Performance management on an individual level.

  • Guide and assist the team through shopfloor presence.

  • Active member of our department leadership team.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Leadership experience.

  • Strong people management skills.

  • Experience in logistics, warehouse or production environment will be good to have.

  • Fluency in Danish language.

About the Department

The CMC Clinical Supplies Packaging & Shipping (CS PS) department is in Måløv and currently consist of 85 employees divided in five teams. We are part of the R&D organization which has seen great growth in recent years. Our overall goal in CMC Clinical Supplies is to ensure timely supply of our clinical studies to patients.


You will be part of the leadership team in a department in constant development with many exciting opportunities ahead of us. We are responsible for packaging and distributing products for clinical studies and we work closely with the rest of the Clinical Supply Chain at CMC to achieve our ambitious goal of delivering high quality products on time to patients worldwide. We continuously work to optimize our processes, reduce lead time and efficient use of resources using various LEAN tools.
