Hands from the Heart Home Healthcare Services is actively seeking an experinced Social Media/Digital Marketing Specialist to join or thriving team of professionals.

What we’ll expect from you and what you’ll be doing:

  • Leveraging your social media and marketing expertise and strong written communication skills to craft eloquent, error-free, accurate copy for social media posts that engages the audience and drives sales
  • Designing, developing, setting up, and deploying digital campaigns aligned with business goals, and using your data-driven and analytical mindset to continuously A/B test and optimize those campaigns
  • Maintaining and managing company social media profiles including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and Twitter with a passion for the customer experience
  • Using your extreme attention to detail and tech savvy to maintain the companies’ websites including new blog posts.
  • Leveraging your organization and time management skills, ability to work independently, set priorities and handle multiple tasks with a high level of efficiency and little or no supervision to assist the owner with ongoing project initiatives: i.e. newsletter, open house, demo days, and lunch and learns events.
  • Utilizing your drive for continuous improvement to help define and document processes.
  • Using your flexibility, comfort wearing multiple hats, and adaptability to complete other duties as assigned

Job requirements

  • Proven previous experience (3+ years) in a marketing role
  • Excellent composition, grammar, and business language skills
  • Practices good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality of sensitive information regarding department activities.
  • Established knowledge working with full Microsoft Office software suite
  • Previous experience with web design and graphic arts required
