14 West LLC, a leader in manufacturing displays and exhibits, is now expanding and is in need for a Client Services Representative. This role is primarily responsible for the effective and positive flow of communication to ensure the timely and profitable execution of the Quote to Invoice process. This individual will maintain awareness of ongoing priorities, client dynamics, and operational constraints to deliver a successful experience for the clients of 14 West. A successful individual will demonstrate the ability to create a positive and satisfying experience for our customers. The Client Services Representative will routinely collaborate across all departments leading communications, design improvements, and remediation of operational conflict to resolve client needs.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute Quote to Invoice process to ensure SLA expectations
- Support Level I Estimate activities
- Maintain positive client relations
- Execute effective & timely communications to ensure client satisfaction
- Engage in consultative selling techniques
- Ensure competitive Sales Pricing & Job Costing by assembling critical Quote information
- Promote innovation & creativity in client/project development
- Maintain accurate system records
- Communicate appropriately throughout the enterprise
- Resolve discrepancies
- Execute professional standards of operations
- Lead project management on Quotes & Jobs in process as needed
Preferred Experience:
- Demonstrated competence in Customer Service & Client Relations
- Demonstrated competence in Project Management
- Competent in MS Office Suite
- Ability to learn & apply ERP processes
- Demonstrated ability to communicate across business units
