2+ years of account management experience

Proficiency in all necessary computer programs and dispatching software
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Google docs
Typing speed of 40 WPM

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls
Assist callers in a positive and helpful manner
Assign incoming trips to the appropriate, most efficient driver
Communicate with clients and drivers in a professional, friendly, clear, and efficient manner
Resolve all driver issues, your job will be calling to confirm drivers have scheduled rides in their schedule, data entry, and ensuring proper vehicles for services needed such as wheelchair rides and stretcher rides when applicable
Review all vital information with staff before handing it off
Monitor the reservation inbox, as well as portals to ensure trips have been entered in a timely manner
Be able to find coverage and reassign trips when issues happen
Work with minimal supervision, once trained
Do other assigned tasks as needed

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
