We have immediate openings for dedicated Data Entry Agents to help us respond to the requests of our Pet Parents.

Past experience and proficiency using Salesforce is a big plus but not required!

Job Details

You will train and work from home as a Data Entry Agent in our Virtual

Customer Contact Center. Enjoy all the benefits of working from home!

Compensation

Paid Training: You will be paid a training rate of $14.00/hour while you are in our training program. Typically, you will complete training in less than one week.

When you successfully complete your Training and maintain good attendance, your hourly rate will be $14.00-$15.00/hour.

You will:

  • Work on and respond to customer inquiries and other cases.
  • Report and resolve Pet Parent requests.
  • Make outbound case calls as needed.

We are looking for:

  • Applicants who are motivated to help pets and their families.
  • Organized candidates with a sense of urgency.
  • Good communicators (Oral and written).
  • Team members with customer empathy.

You must have:

  • A Windows 10 computer (No Apple products)
  • RAM: At least 8 GBs
  • CPU: 2.6 Ghz processor (or higher)
  • High-speed internet
  • A USB headset
  • Web Cam Required (during training only)
  • A quiet work area

Job Type: This position is currently on a temporary basis, approximately 2-3 months, with an opportunity to extend.

Salary: From $14.00-15.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

This is a work from home position.

Experience:

  • Data Entry or other customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
