Job Description

This role will provide a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for our overall Affluent Market Leadership team in our California and West Regions. Duties may include collecting and interpreting data to produce reports; special projects; coordination of meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements; and composing correspondence and other documentation as needed. Frequently uses personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spread sheets, etc. Specific job duties vary by area.
This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five to eight years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Proficient reading, writing and mathematical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $24.28 - $32.36 - $35.60
