Support the Ralph Lauren Talent Relations team in the execution of celebrity and talent related initiatives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

- Support the fulfillment of daily celebrity dressing requests, including sample preparation, packaging, shipping and returns
- Support the execution of talent gifting and seeding programs
- Support the execution of talent event attendance
- Own talent sample trafficking process including Library loans, internal sample shares, store stock pulls and stylist pulls
- Organize and maintain PR showroom and closets
- Monitor and track VIP and influencer coverage on all channels including online, print, broadcast and social
- Update talent press recap reports for internal distribution
- Research competitive intelligence relating to fashion, celebrity, influencer and entertainment
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Experience and Skills
- Experience with sample trafficking suggested
- Knowledge of celebrity, entertainment, fashion industry and social media channels preferred
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook applications
- Strong organizational and time management
