HR Assistant with Benefits and Workers Comp experience
Responsibilities:
- The HR Assistant will be responsible for the management of all benefits and wellness programs for employees, retirees, and their families.
- The manager will partner with Human Resources (HR) teams and Appointing Authorities to ensure healthcare management and enhancement initiatives are aligned with the strategic direction of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
- Bilingual (Spanish) is necessary
- Years of progressive experience in the management of employee/retiree benefits programs, with experience managing a benefits information system, is required.
- Any combination of education and experience may be substituted, so long as it provides the desired skills, knowledge, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job
