Job Description

Reporting into a Business Advisory Lead, your role will centre around supporting and working closely with your respective Finance Business Partners to drive key pieces of work – interpreting data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and building reports to help business decision-making.

We need individuals whom are happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into the doing. The role will also see you work closely and influence leaders, offering commercial advice which may involve a variety of strategic, operational, people, commercial or financial elements. Advice will derive from high quality analysis of problems (this is where we will rely on your Excel expertise), discovering options for solutions, deciding between choices and understanding broader strategic alignment and trade off issues.

Qualifications
  • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills (3+ years)
  • Ideally possess an Accounting qualification, or working towards
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in translating business needs into building reports which add value & insights
  • Top notch attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing a dynamic and varied workload with differing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent people skills - ability to connect and communicate well with people at all levels
  • Pragmatic problem-solver
  • You thrive in high pace and a constantly changing environment
