Job Description
- Provide standardised patient/customer care and nursing services.
- Implement nursing care plans and provide treatment according to professional nursing standards.
- Responsible for providing information to patients regarding hospital admission and outpatient services.
- Manage and maintain accurate and complete patient documents and records.
- Coordinate with related departments on admission and treatment procedures to ensure accurate and appropriate service delivery.
- Manage and build positive relationships with patients.
- Assist with various medical procedures as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
- Female, Bachelor's degree in nursing with a nursing license and obstetric nursing certification.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and patient-focused.
- Experience in directly caring for international patients is a plus.
- Flexible and able to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work in shifts and be adaptable to flexible working hours.
