You’ll be driving the awareness, education and adoption of Lazada Sponsored Solutions – a full suite of AI-powered marketing tools to help businesses accelerate their growth on Lazada. You are in a position that integrates customer business challenge with the apt product solution thereby being the voice of the customer helping bring to life their needs with Lazada’s solutions and content. You’ll uniquely drive product adoption from naming, analysis, user journey and external communications working across multiple markets. Responsibilities:
  • With deep understanding of Lazada’s solutions, channel data-driven insights with a clear customer path to adoption into narratives that drive the ecommerce industry forward
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring the best of insights, data and solution into crafting a superior strategy that is implemented in multiple markets
  • Work closely with the consultative sales teams across multiple markets to understand key needs/barriers towards product adoption and build robust education programs both internally and externally to conquer them
  • Partner with multiple markets and agencies to translate the content into relevant local language while retaining the essence of the communication
  • Develop marketing materials relevant to different touchpoints including specific learning management systems along the customer journey
  • Analyze and track performance of the holistic marketing communications across multiple touchpoints to strive for content effectiveness and efficiency
Job Requirements
  • 3-6 years of work experience in marketing or technology with proven track record of harnessing insights and delivering outstanding online content
  • Experience in performance marketing and/or product marketing expertise is highly relevant
  • Passionate to help customers with their business challenges via strong storytelling that drives strategic shifts in behavior
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and at all levels of management (internally and externally)
  • Adept with numbers and able to spot actionable insights through data and analytics on communication materials across channels
  • Excellent command of English across verbal, written and presentation formats is critical
  • Excellence in project management skills and ability to drive results by coordinating seamlessly in a multi-stakeholder environment is crucial
  • An avid learner, comfortable with ambiguity and constantly evolving products and solutions to address customer needs
