Practice Information
Internal Medicine physician to provide exceptional individualized pat! ient care with broad range of healthcare professionals to include:
o Nurse practitioners, RN Care managers, 4 health advocate Medical Assistants, 2 licensed Clinical Social Workers, Psychiatry APRN, Doctor of Pharmacy, and patient service representatives
o Outpatient only.
o Limited patient panel.
o Have enough time to spend with each patient as determined by physician.
o Competitive annual salary with monetary reward for quality goals.
o 4 day work week
o Full Intermountain benefits that include defined pension, 401k match & CME.
o Relocation provided, up to 15k.
