This position provides administrative support to both a clinical and research operation and oversees the procedural matters related to ongoing projects and ! programs. The Project Coordinator will support the expansion of services to rural areas through the use of technology.
The clinical operation requires exceptional customer service skills to explain clinical diagnostic services and schedule patients for psychological testing. This position also supports a research program involved in a variety of projects which often overlap with the clinical operation.

DUTIES
1. Coordinates procedural matters regarding the day-to day operations of an academic, research or administrative project.
2. Explains clinical diagnostic services and schedules patients for psychological testing.
3. Plans and implements procedural changes/modifications for the project.
4. Monitors expenditures to ensure compliance within prescribed budget parameters.
5. May assist in the preparation of grant proposals, research materials, and outreach publicat! ions.
6. Maintains or oversees the maintenance of project ! records, lists or files. Prepares related reports and performs evaluation of project effectiveness.
7. Provides information to students, faculty, staff, and government and community agencies regarding the policies and procedures of the project or department.
8. May coordinate seminars, workshops, luncheons and other meetings on topics within the scope of the project.
9. May act as the University's representative for this field or specialty area when contacting other departments and outside organizations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Six years related experience or equivalency (1 year of college education is equivalent to 2 years of related work experience). Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communications skills are required. Solid collaborative and technological skills are desirable.
