Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SCA regulations and other applicable laws and regulations with government contractors.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data in HR systems such as UKG.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and administration.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Must have experience with SCA compliance on government contracts
- Proficient in data analysis skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Greenhous, UKG and Unanet.
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is preferred.
