Talent Acquisition Partner - FULL-TIME TEMPORARY, REMOTE [United States]


 
We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Talent Acquisition. This role will support non physician recruitment needs across the Nemours Health System. This position would be full time, temporary Monday- Friday and is a remote work position. Successful applicant needs to live within driving distance of a Nemours Children's Health location to attend meeting as needed.

Primary Function

Talent Acquisition helps to deliver Nemours' business strategy goal through recruiting best in class (internal and external) talent to meet the needs of our patients and families. Our goal is to provide world class care by being more proactive with our recruitment approach and developing long term pipelines of talent. We are passionate about identifying top talent that share in our commitment treat every child as if they were our own.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies in partnership with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers and Human Resources' Partners. Our goal is to source and identify diverse top talent to fill vacant opportunities with the appropriate capability and skills in a timely and cost efficient manner. Your role will involve pro actively anticipating talent needs, developing and executing sourcing plans, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, and offer management through the Workday Recruiting portal. Develops and maintains positive client, customer and community relations. Responsible for accurate recruitment matrices, identify opportunities to improve services, making recommendations and implementing actions as appropriate and consistent with the goals of Nemours.

Essential Functions - Developing and managing recruitment services to meet Nemours True North goals and Standards of Behavior. Developing strong partnerships with hiring managers, key business partners and candidates to build a bench of qualified diverse candidates to meet both current and anticipated business needs.

Participate in all activities in the recruitment life cycle to include; candidate management, sourcing and planning through the use of social media, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management, hiring and onboarding through the Workday system. Advising and educating partners about recruitment responsibilities, legal requirements and appropriate candidate management techniques through the use of job descriptions, interviewing best practices, assessing and evaluating applicants through screening tools. Collaborates with Human Resources partners to create the HR dashboard and metrics for measuring key performance indicators for understanding the effectiveness of recruitment strategies or measuring candidate hires, time to fill, internal hire rate, vacancy rate and other relevant measures Managing vendor relationships to insure adherence to Nemours standards and policies. Attends weekly meeting with Recruitment team to develop strategies, set goals and to discuss enhancing performance through Continuous Improvement related activities/ events. Through continuous improvement and lean methodology, will continually evaluate the hiring and on-boarding process in partnership with Human Resources Partners to ensure a successful candidate and hiring manager experience. Maintain and foster relationships with partners, hiring managers, candidates and associates, maintains up to date and innovated staffing industry standards and trends by attending training's, networking events, career fairs and conferences, reading blogs and journals and utilizing social media and sourcing tools.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred, Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of education requirement.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of full cycle recruitment experience preferred.
  • Strong sourcing experience preferred
  • Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
  • High volume recruitment experience with the ability to manage a minimum of 40-45 requisition load preferred.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems preferred; Oracle experience preferred.
  • Experience with social networking and internet vehicles and tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs job boards preferred
