Office Assistant


 
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Data Entry: Input data into spreadsheets or databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Document Preparation: Create and format documents, including reports, memos, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Customer Service: Provide support to customers, answer inquiries, and assist with order processing or product information.
  • Order Management: Coordinate and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including receiving and reconciling shipments, updating inventory records, and coordinating with the warehouse.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring documents are easily accessible and properly labeled.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings or conferences.
  • Research: Conduct market research, gather information on competitors, pricing, and industry trends to support decision-making.
  • Financial Support: Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with other departments and team members, providing assistance as needed and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Special Projects: Assist in various projects, such as organizing company events, preparing presentations, or participating in process improvement initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
