We are looking for
Townsley Booking Agents -
Booking Team Members - Remote Position - part-time (20hrs)
Reports to Booking Manager/Lead. A Booking Team Member (“Booker”) is responsible for calling and maintaining all leads that are assigned to them via Pipedrive or by the Booking Manager/Lead. Booking Team Members work remotely on a desktop or laptop computer with a strong internet connection. They are responsible for using the official Townsley Portraits systems they are given access to. All Booking Team Members must use Google Space, Pipedrive, and the integrated calling/text systems. The Booking Team Members are responsible for filling out an end of day booking report, who I booked log, and any other documents asked to be tracked by management. It is the main responsibility of the Booking Team Members to schedule and collect a session deposit for each scheduled appointment. Booking Team Members are responsible for maintaining their personal booking KPI at the specified level. KPI for Booking Team Members will change based on leads and hours scheduled. Booking Team Members are eligible for bonuses based on the amount of appointments attended (“shows”).
