Invoices Preparation:Prepare accurate and detailed invoices based on the project specifications, quantities, and contractual agreements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary documentation for invoice preparation.
Ensure compliance with relevant billing regulations, contractual terms, and local taxation requirements.
Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation before submission to clients or stakeholders.
Maintain a comprehensive record of all invoices, supporting documents, and correspondence.
Site Team Coordination:Collaborate closely with the site team, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, to gather information related to project progress, variations, and changes.
Liaise with the site team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of quantities, measurements, and progress on work completed.
Monitor and review the progress of work on-site, comparing it against the project schedule and specifications.
Verify quantities, measurements, and variations claimed by subcontractors and ensure their accuracy and adherence to contract terms.
Budget Monitoring:Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets, providing inputs on quantities, rates, and cost estimates.
Track project expenses and costs, comparing them against budget allocations.
Identify and report any discrepancies or potential cost overruns, working closely with the project team to address them promptly.
Analyze cost data to provide accurate forecasts and projections for future project costs.
Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including invoices, change orders, variation orders, and progress reports.
Prepare regular reports on project financial status, including cost-to-complete, cash flow projections, and budget variances.
Provide timely and accurate information to management and stakeholders regarding project financials.
Participate in project meetings to report on financial matters and offer recommendations for cost optimization
