Requirements: Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field (e.g., Psychology)The Behavior Analyst ! assists the Area Director and is directly responsible for behavioral plans and clinical treatment for people being supported by Employer. The Behavior Analyst provides appropriate supports for individuals to help them gain greater independence by making a difference daily in applying the five Employer Values: Respect, Safety, Fun, Mentoring and Accountability.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assessment and Development of Behavior Plans: Conduct functional analyses and ongoing functional assessments, and then develop behavior programs for each person. Staff Training and Treatment Fidelity: Attend house meetings, as needed, to train staff members on programs, evaluate treatment integrity, or continue functional assessment. Measure and Report Progress: Write progress notes summarizing persons progress in narrative and graphic form.Meet Best Practice Standards: Compile, get authorization for, and present all programs with restrictive behavioral interventions to the Human ! Rights Committee and Peer Review Committee Work with Interdisc! iplinary Team Members: Attend relevant team meetings and inform prescribing physician, therapists, guardians, state employees, and others of behavior plan interventions, progress on targets, participation in therapy, new behaviors of concerns and other relevant information needed to assist the team in providing effective treatment (e.g., information to help the psychiatrist in prescribing/monitoring medications).Training and Certifications: Complete all initial and on-going training requirements within established time frames.

Complete annual CPR, First Aid and OSHA training. Obtain and maintains SOAR certification.Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Degree/Certification Requirement: BCBA or Ph.D. in Psychology or related fieldProvide behavior services to individuals in community residential setting.Attend and conduct manager and/or staff training meetings, as needed. Attend weekly correlation meetings with Employer Area Administrators.

Other dutie! s as assigned by Clinical Director, Area Director and/or CEO. Follow state policies and procedures. Serve as an official representative of Employer and market a positive imageExperience or Education: 18 year of age or older; andBS/BA Degree and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA); orMasters Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field (e.g., Psychology)
