Cinnamon Hills Youth Crisis Center is a residential treatment program for youth ages 12-17 whose behaviors have become unpredictable, unmanageable, and un! productive. Cinnamon Hills is a nonprofit corporation licensed by the Utah Division of Human Services, the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), and is accredited by the Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC), and functions as a private special purpose school serving youth functioning in grades One through Twelve. Cinnamon Hills is certified by the California Department of Education as a nonpublic, nonsectarian school. The school follows the standard core curriculum established by the Utah State Office of Education.

Our Therapy Program is designed to help youth identify problem behaviors and attitudes, to build inner strengths to overcome these behaviors and attitudes, and to develop appropriate communication and problem-solving ski! lls. Youth will learn to make positive choices, both while in ! treatment, and following Program Completion. Treatment focuses on the issues identified in the Program Completion Plan.

Cinnamon Hills believes in a multidisciplinary treatment approach to ensure that all individuals who are directly involved in providing care and services to the youth are knowledgeable about and are focused towards helping youth accomplish their Program Completion Plan. Members include a Licensed Child Psychiatrist, Clinical Supervisor, Academic Coordinator, Youth Development Director, along with the youth's Therapist and Case Manager.

Job Description:
This position is responsible for the provision of quality comprehensive and well-integrated clinical services. This includes an average of 8 clinical hours per day in direct and indirect services including but not limited to assessment treatment and discharge planning individual therapy and caseload management group therapy documentation and Treatment Team review.

Must m! aintain appropriate professional memberships licensure and/or accreditation consistent with agency expectations and must maintain knowledge about and adhere to agency policies and procedures.

Experience in mental health substance abuse and/or family treatment preferred.

Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Required Licensure: Must have a current CSW, LCSW, ACMHC or CMHC license or have passed the clinical exams required to obtain these licensures.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Benefits and excellent pay.
